In September 2011, One Million Bones opened a second studio at Unfold Media in New Orleans.  

Our job?  We're working to produce a New Orleans 50,000 Bones preview installation in March of 2012. 

The second phase of the national One Million Bones project starts with an art installation scheduled for New Orleans in the spring of 2012.  

The heart and soul of New Orleans are art and creativity. The city, its community, and its artists provide the perfect platform for amplifying a national movement around social justice, genocide, and mass atrocities.  All of the One Million Bones team is excited to see what dimension New Orleans and its people bring to the project.
